Executive appointments reinforce Bend Bioscience’s commitment to operational excellence, strategic growth, and customer partnership.

Clearwater, Fla. – September 3, 2026 — Bend Bioscience today announced the appointments of Pavlos Pavlidis as President and Sandeep Patel as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening the company’s executive leadership team as it continues to expand its capabilities, operations, and support for pharmaceutical innovators.

Pavlidis joined Bend Bioscience as President on June 15, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience across pharmaceutical manufacturing, healthcare operations, and commercial growth. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Medix Infusion. His career also includes senior leadership roles at McKesson, AppianRx, UnitedHealth Group, and Biogen, where he led complex organizations through periods of significant operational growth and transformation.

He has partnered with leadership teams and boards in complex, multisite organizations to drive financial performance, inform strategic investment decisions, and build the financial and operational capabilities needed to support growth. He brings that combination of commercial perspective, financial discipline, and strategic rigor to Bend.
